Just days after Hurricane Helene made landfall in Florida as a Category 4 storm, Tampa Bay residents continue to see the storm's impact throughout the area.

Tampa Bay area of Florida, particularly St. Petersburg, was hit hard by Hurricane Helene, which made landfall as a Category 4 storm Sept. 26, 2024.

From a distance, it looked for like another community yard sale was unfolding Monday morning in the tight-knit neighborhood of Culbreath Bayou. Couches and tables were stacked curbside, alongside paintings and toys.
