Tata Power Company Ltd and Adaro International are in a legal dispute over a coal supply agreement for the Trombay power plant. Both companies have filed claims against each other, with the case now at the International Court of Arbitration.

Tata Power and Adaro International are currently locked in a legal dispute over a coal supply agreement, with both companies seeking compensation from each other. The Tata Group company shared an update on the case on Thursday evening.

Adaro's notice alleged a breach and sought arbitration with a claim of $106 million, which was countered by Tata Power's counter claim of $229.947 million for non-supply of coal.
