A man revealed he dislodged a Lego piece stuck in his nose for 26 years, uncovering the cause of his lifelong breathing issues in a viral Instagram video.

An Arizona man shared a video on his Instagram account stating that in the 1990s, at the age of "six or so," he dislodged a Lego piece stuck in his nose for 26 years.

"I had the greatest idea to take one of those little dot LEGOs and I don't know, I just thought [that] maybe I could stick it up my nose," he said. Ben recalled trying to remove the dot-shaped LEGO by staging a "deep-diving rescue mission" with a LEGO man.

The man stated that in the 1990s, at the age of "six or so," he pushed a Lego man piece up his nose which led to multiple breathing issues.
