WEBMar 11, 2019 · word 2007 help. I recently noticed that when I try to get "Help" in Microsoft Word, the program tries to go online and gives some sort of "no longer supported" message. Per instructions, I tried to set the help to "On this machine only", but it will show this at one part of the help screen and has "Online help" on another.
